HELP US TO HELP YOU
To assist us in providing our best service to you we will require:

  • Clear instructions setting out precisely the matters that you would like us to deal with;
  • Honesty, accuracy and frankness in relation to all information that we request;
  • Acceptance of advice that is intended to assist you or, if you are uncertain of or dissatisfied with our advice, full and frank notification of that to us;
  • Courtesy and respect for our staff members; and
  • Notice in advance if you have any special needs or requirements.

DOCUMENT HANDLING & STORAGE POLICY
All documents that we take possession of us will be dealt with according to our professional obligations.
All files are stored so that they are reasonably protected against loss or damage and so that they can be readily retrieved.
We must be notified in advance of any files or papers to be returned to you before your file is closed and archived.  On conclusion of instructions, all records will be dealt with in accordance with our File Closure and Archiving Procedures.  We do not charge for archiving files but do charge a service fee if it is necessary for us to retrieve a file after it has been archived.

PRIVACY

Your affairs will be conducted discreetly and your instructions, documents and any information you provide to us will be treated in the strictest confidence in keeping with our Privacy Policy.  Your privacy will be respected and confidentiality maintained at all times, even after your instructions are completed or our relationship ends.

If Things Go Wrong
Contact either of our partners, Mr Camillo D’Angelo or Mr Robert Guerrini.
We will attempt to resolve any issues you raise in as soon as possible.
If you lose trust and confidence in us at any time then you should immediately notify us and, if necessary, engage alternate solicitors.
If we believe that the relationship of trust and confidence that should exist between us appears to be breaking down we will notify you immediately.
If we cannot assist you or it is impracticable to do so, we will explain the procedure for taking your instructions elsewhere or for lodging a formal complaint.
