All the instructions that the Firm receives and all work it carries out are and must be kept absolutely confidential in keeping with our Privacy Policy and:

•  No Member of the Firm has any right to discuss the business of the Firm or the Firm’s clients with anybody else whether within or outside the Office.
• The Firm’s database is also confidential.  It is prohibited to reproduce anything from our database unless it is in the course of employment.
• The obligation to maintain confidentiality exists if a Member of the Firm leaves the Firm for any reason.
• A breach of confidentiality may result in the summary dismissal of any person committing the breach and may also give rise to legal action.
• The Firm is required to report details of transactions involving cash of $10,000.00 or more to AUSTRAC.  It is an offence to conduct or structure transactions in such a way that the sole or dominant purpose is to avoid the requirement for the Firm to report a significant cash transaction to AUSTRAC.

Confidentiality and our Privacy Policy extend to all emails and Internet traffic also.
